…SNOW SHOWERS POSSIBLE THIS EVENING ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHERN
INDIANA AND NORTHERN KENTUCKY…

Snow showers will be possible this evening across portions of
southeastern Indiana and parts of northern Kentucky. The best
chances for snow showers will be in areas north of a line from
Salem, Indiana to Richmond, Kentucky.

The snow showers may be locally heavy at times and will create
hazardous driving conditions due to the sudden and abrupt changes
in visibility as the snow showers move through. Snow accumulations
of a quarter of an inch or less are possible with these snow
showers, and slippery road conditions can occur where the heavier
snow showers move through. Motorists traveling in areas mainly
north of interstate 64 in southern Indiana and Kentucky should
remain alert of localized areas of hazards travel this evening.

The most likely time frame for seeing these snow showers will be
from 6 PM through Midnight eastern time. However, additional light
snow showers and or snow flurries will be possible through the
remainder of the overnight period.

Stay tuned to NOAA all hazards weather radio and your local media
for the latest updates.
